2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share passwords, OTPs, API keys, payment credentials or private tokens with anyone.

3. Platform Services

LinkAdda may provide link sharing, landing pages, Smart Cards, referral tools, click analytics, notifications, advertising tools, marketplace tools, API access and withdrawal request features. Features may be changed, improved, paused or removed when required for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or business reasons.

4. Earnings, Balances and Withdrawals

Earnings are calculated according to the active rules shown inside the platform. Only valid traffic may be counted. Duplicate, automated, fake, self-generated, incentivized or manipulated traffic may be rejected. Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum balance, admin review, available withdrawal window, fraud checks and correct payment details.

LinkAdda is not a bank, wallet provider or financial institution. Balance shown on the website is a platform ledger and may be adjusted for invalid traffic, duplicate credit, chargeback, abuse, technical correction or policy enforcement.

5. Advertising and Marketplace Deals

Advertisers are responsible for campaign content, target URLs, payment details and legal compliance. Publishers are responsible for the traffic they send. Marketplace deals between advertisers and publishers may be discussed outside LinkAdda through WhatsApp, Telegram or other channels. LinkAdda may provide tracking and analytics proof, but it does not guarantee payment between third parties unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

6. Prohibited Content and Activity

You must not use LinkAdda for illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive or spam activity. Prohibited content includes sexual/adult content, nudity, pornography, escort or dating scams, illegal products, malware, phishing, hate content, misleading claims, impersonation, copyright infringement, fraud, fake traffic and any content that violates applicable law or platform policy.

7. API and Automation Rules

If API access is available, you must keep API keys private and use supported authentication methods only. You must not scrape, overload, bypass limits, attack, reverse engineer or abuse LinkAdda systems. Suspicious API or automated activity may be blocked without notice.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, links, campaigns, ads, withdrawals or API access if we detect fraud, abuse, legal risk, security risk, invalid traffic, policy violation or misuse of the platform.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites, Telegram, WhatsApp, payment apps, Google login or advertiser pages. We are not responsible for third-party content, payments, availability, security or policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

LinkAdda is provided on an "as available" basis. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, fixed earnings, fixed traffic, fixed ad results or guaranteed payments from third parties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LinkAdda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the product, law, security needs or business rules change. Continued use of LinkAdda after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
