1. Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as name, email address, login method, referral code and account settings. If you use Google login, we receive basic Google profile information required for sign-in.
We also collect platform data such as links, landing pages, Smart Cards, uploaded ads, campaign details, publisher profile details, marketplace deal data, withdrawal request details, support messages and notification activity.
2. Traffic, Click and Device Data
To protect earnings and provide analytics, we may collect IP address, browser user agent, referrer, click time, landing link code, campaign code, tracking link code and similar technical data. This helps us count valid clicks, block duplicate or abusive traffic, show analytics and keep the platform secure.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate accounts, authenticate users, create links, show dashboards, calculate valid traffic, process withdrawal requests, review ads, provide marketplace analytics, send notifications, prevent fraud, secure the service, provide support and improve LinkAdda features.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We may use cookies, sessions and local storage to keep users logged in, remember preferences, protect forms, improve user experience and support analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
5. Payments and Withdrawals
When you submit a withdrawal request or advertising payment proof, we may store amount, method, payment details, UTR/reference details, request status and admin notes. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive financial information. Payment apps, banks and third-party services may have their own privacy policies.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information when needed to operate the service, comply with law, prevent fraud, protect rights, process support requests or show marketplace/advertising contact details that you intentionally publish. Public campaign or publisher profiles may display the contact information you choose to provide.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including authentication checks, upload restrictions, CSRF protection and security controls. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password, OTP, API keys and payment credentials private.
8. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and preserve financial or traffic records. Some logs or analytics may be kept in summarized or technical form for security and reporting.
9. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request account support, correction of inaccurate information, deletion review, privacy clarification or withdrawal/payment record assistance. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, fraud prevention or accounting reasons.
10. Children
LinkAdda is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
11. Third-Party Services
LinkAdda may link to or integrate with Google login, Telegram, WhatsApp, payment apps, advertiser websites and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when features, laws, security needs or business processes change. The updated date will show when the page was last revised.
